Our products and services may include flatbeds, service and utility bodies, pickup beds, replacement bumpers and body components, liftgates, cranes, trailer repair and refurbishment, spray-in bedliners, custom welding and fabrication, aftermarket accessories, and other commercial truck and equipment solutions.
Availability of individual products and services may vary.
2. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information on our website. However, product descriptions, photographs, specifications, fitment information, availability, service descriptions, and other website content are provided for general informational purposes and may be updated or corrected.
Website information should not be considered a guarantee that a particular product, component, or service is appropriate for a specific vehicle or application.
Customers should contact Longhorn Upfitters to verify important information before purchasing equipment, authorizing work, or relying on website information for a particular vehicle or project.
3. Product Fitment and Compatibility
Vehicle and equipment fitment can vary based on factors including:
-Year
-Make
-Model
-Trim or configuration
-Chassis configuration
-Bed or body configuration
-Vehicle identification number (“VIN”)
-Two-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive configuration, when relevant
-Sensor and camera equipment
- Wiring and electrical configuration
-Factory options
-Mounting points and brackets
-Dimensions
-Previously installed equipment or modifications
-A website listing that identifies a product as fitting a particular year, make, or model does not guarantee compatibility with every vehicle within that range.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and project information when requesting fitment assistance.
Longhorn Upfitters may request a VIN, measurements, photographs, part numbers, equipment information, or physical inspection of the vehicle or component before confirming fitment.
Fitment should be verified before purchase or installation.
4. Used and Take-Off Parts
Longhorn Upfitters may offer used, take-off, refurbished, surplus, or previously installed truck parts and equipment.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, these items may show normal signs of previous installation, removal, handling, transportation, outdoor exposure, or storage, including:
-Scratches
-Scuffs
- Dirt
-Water spotting
-Surface wear
-Minor cosmetic imperfections
-Previous mounting marks
-Other normal signs of use or handling
Photographs are intended to help represent the condition of the individual item, but lighting, camera angle, screen settings, dirt, reflections, or other factors may affect how an item appears online.
Customers should review available photographs and descriptions and ask questions about condition before purchasing.
5. Included Components and Accessories
Truck parts and equipment may vary in configuration even when they appear visually similar.
Items such as parking sensors, cameras, wiring harnesses, trailer connectors, license-plate lights, brackets, mounting hardware, tow hooks, trim, modules, fasteners, and other removable components are included only when specifically stated, shown as included, or confirmed by Longhorn Upfitters.
The presence of an opening, mounting location, connector provision, or other feature does not necessarily mean the related component is included.
If you are unsure what is included with an item, contact Longhorn Upfitters before purchasing.
6. Quotes and Estimates
Submitting a website form or requesting a quote does not create a binding agreement requiring Longhorn Upfitters to perform work or requiring the customer to purchase products or services.
Quotes and estimates may depend on:
-Vehicle inspection
-Equipment condition
-Parts availability
-Labor requirements
- Measurements
-Fitment
-Fabrication requirements
-Customer-requested changes
-Additional damage or conditions discovered during the project
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written quote or agreement, website information should not be interpreted as a guaranteed project price.
A project becomes authorized according to the quote, work order, invoice, service authorization, deposit requirement, or other agreement provided for that particular job.
7. Changes to Project Scope
Upfitting, repair, refurbishment, and fabrication projects may reveal conditions that could not reasonably be determined before work began.
Examples may include hidden damage, corrosion, previous modifications, damaged wiring, missing components, structural issues,
incompatible equipment, or additional fabrication requirements.
If additional work is recommended or required, Longhorn Upfitters may contact the customer regarding changes to the project scope, price, parts, or completion expectations.
Additional work requiring customer authorization will be handled according to the applicable work order, estimate, authorization, or agreement.
8. Scheduling and Completion Times
Any estimated installation, repair, fabrication, parts-arrival, or project-completion date is an estimate unless Longhorn Upfitters expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Timing may be affected by circumstances such as:
-Parts availability
-Supplier or shipping delays
-Manufacturer availability
-Vehicle condition
-Additional repairs
-Fabrication requirements
-Customer-requested changes
- Weather
-Equipment failures
-Events outside Longhorn Upfitters’ reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes affecting a customer's project.
9. Customer-Supplied Parts and Equipment
Longhorn Upfitters may, at its discretion, agree to install, repair, modify, or work with customer-supplied equipment.
Acceptance of customer-supplied equipment is not automatic.
Longhorn Upfitters may inspect the item and may decline work involving equipment that appears damaged, incompatible, incomplete, unsafe, inappropriate for the application, or otherwise unsuitable for installation or modification.
Any terms concerning responsibility, labor, warranties, or additional costs involving customer-supplied equipment should be confirmed as part of the applicable quote or work authorization.
10. Custom Fabrication and Modifications
Custom fabrication and modifications are performed according to the agreed project scope and the information reasonably available at the time of the work.
Because custom work may involve unique vehicles, bodies, accessories, dimensions, and customer requirements, the completed project may differ from photographs or examples of previous Longhorn Upfitters projects.
Images of previous work are examples and do not guarantee that another project will be identical.
11. Product Availability
Inventory displayed on our website may change without notice.
A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that it remains available at the time a customer submits an inquiry.
Items may be:
-Sold
-Reserved
-Removed from inventory
-Pending inspection
-Awaiting refurbishment
- Otherwise unavailable
Please contact Longhorn Upfitters for current availability.
12. Pricing
Prices may change based on product availability, supplier pricing, labor requirements, project scope, vehicle configuration, parts requirements, fabrication, and other factors.
Unless specifically identified as a binding offer, prices displayed or discussed through general website content should not be considered a final project quote.
Applicable taxes, fees, parts, labor, freight, fabrication, or other charges may apply depending on the transaction.
13. Payments, Deposits, Cancellations, Returns, and Warranties
Payment terms, deposits, cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranties may vary depending on the product, service, special-order equipment, manufacturer, and individual project.
The applicable terms will be communicated through the customer's estimate, invoice, work order, purchase documentation, manufacturer documentation, or other transaction-specific agreement.
These Terms do not create any return policy, refund right, product warranty, labor warranty, or cancellation right beyond what Longhorn Upfitters expressly provides for the applicable transaction or what is required by law.
Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, may be subject to separate manufacturer terms and limitations.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information concerning their vehicle, equipment, project, and requested services.
Customers should disclose known modifications, damage, equipment problems, unusual operating conditions, or other information that may affect fitment or the work being requested.
Customers are also responsible for reviewing quotes, work authorizations, product information, and project details before approving work.
15. Photos and Files Submitted to Longhorn Upfitters
Customers may submit photographs, measurements, documents, or other materials to assist Longhorn Upfitters with a quote, fitment review, repair evaluation, or project.
By submitting these materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them to Longhorn Upfitters.
Submitting materials gives Longhorn Upfitters permission to use them internally as reasonably necessary to evaluate and perform the requested business purpose.
Submitting a photograph for a quote or service request does not, by itself, grant Longhorn Upfitters permission to publicly use that photograph for advertising or marketing.
16. Communications
When you provide contact information in connection with an inquiry, quote, project, transaction, or service request, Longhorn Upfitters may contact you regarding that request using the contact information you provide, subject to applicable law.
Additional information regarding how personal information and communication preferences are handled is available in our Privacy Policy.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
